- What is your full name? David Andrew Robins
- Where and when were you born? 3rd of January 1961 in Mungos.
- Who are/were your parents? (Know their names, occupations, personalities, etc.) Alan and Eliza. Dad works at the Ministry and mostly we get on all right. Mum left us but I still owl her and see her sometimes. Not that often but more often than Dottie at least.
- Do you have any siblings? What are/were they like? Dottie’s a year older than me. We get on alright but we don’t agree on everything. Mostly she’s a good sister though.
- Where do you live now, and with whom? Describe the place and the person/people. When I’m not at school I live in
- What is your occupation? I’m still a student.

I’m 5’10, 135 lb last time I checked, blonde with blue eyes. Usually I’m in my school uniform. Otherwise I often wear muggle clothes.

- Do you have any allergies, diseases, or other physical weaknesses? I’m reasonably healthy.
- Are you right- or left-handed? I’m right-handed.
- What does your voice sound like? It sounds like my voice. I don’t know how to describe it.
- What words and/or phrases do you use very frequently? It’s not something I really pay attention to.
- What do you have in your pockets? My wand and a spare piece of parchment.
- Do you have any quirks, strange mannerisms, annoying habits, or other defining characteristics? I always get up early and I like all my stuff to be really organised. It saves time trying to find stuff then.
