APPLICATION FORM

Player Information
Name: Bronte. Yeah, I'm not bothering with the rest. You know me. =)
Character Information
Name: Llewellyn Wynne
Gender: Male
Age: 24
D.O.B.:30 November 1976
Hogwarts House: Ravenclaw
Years at Hogwarts: 1988-1995
Blood Status: Full Blood
PB: Adrian Grenier
Suggested Journal Name: I haven't decided yet. I'll work that out later.
Appearance: Llew is reasonably tall, at 6 foot, unlike many other seekers who are small and light. An advantage he does have over these smaller seekers, however, is a longer arm reach.

He has dark curly hair and green eyes. Llew prefers to leave his face unshaven. He doesn't let his facial hair grow into a beard or a moustache but he doesn't shave his face all that often so there's usually stubble.

His style of dress is usually just comfortable and practical, clothes that he could play Quidditch in or do other active activities in, just in case he suddenly feels the urge to do so. He also owns a lot of suits.

History: Rhys and Elen both grew up in the same Welsh town and so met at a very early age. They were childhood sweethearts, the type of people everyone always knew would end up together. Of course, it didn't all run smoothly. During their time at Hogwarts, Rhys got caught up in Quidditch and the popularity that came with being on the team and so didn't pay as much attention to Elen as he should've. Eventually he came to his senses and the two were married shortly after leaving Hogwarts, as many couples were doing during the war time.
Unlike other couples, they prolonged having their first child for a few years. They didn't want to have to bring a child into such a terrible world. Soon rumours started to spread however. It was a small town and if kids weren't born in the first year or two of marriage then people started to speculate. So they started trying for a baby.

A year or so later, on the 27th of February, Jennifer Wynne was born. Content with just one baby, the two started using their birth control again while Jennifer grew up. When she turned 5 they decided that it might be nice for her to have a sibling to play with because there weren't that many other children in the neighbourhood. So on the 30th of November 1978 Llewellyn Wynne was born.

Unfortunately, the age gap was a little big for the two to be really close. They got on alright most of the time but had different interests and so wouldn't play with each other unless there was no body else around and they were really bored.

Llew grew up surrounded by Quidditch and his father taught him to fly at a young age. Jennifer, on the other hand, although would watch Quidditch or listen to it on the WWN, didn't enjoy playing it, much to her father's disappointment. Llew and his dad's mutual love for Quidditch, however, meant that they had a close relationship.

By the time Llew was 6, Jennifer was heading off to Hogwarts, leaving him almost as an only child at home. Thankfully, his dad's friends had two brothers, Trystan and Diggory, who were his age whom he became friends with. Unfortunately neither of them shared his love for Quidditch, nor showed any talent at flying. But the three got on well enough and Llew was glad that he'd know people when he started Hogwarts.

He wasn't expecting his dad to convert the twins younger sister, Demelza, to Quidditch but once he did, Llew found himself having more in common with her then her brothers.
Soon Demelza was a good friend of his and he ended up spending more time with her than her brothers.

When he turned 11 Llew started school, just like every other wizard. He was sorted into Ravenclaw whereas Trystan and Diggory were sorted into Slytherin. He remained friends with Trystan and Diggory but started to make more friends with the people in his house who he saw more often.

In his second year he tried out for the Quidditch team. He'd wanted to try out the year before but knew that first years were never allowed on the team. He didn't make the team as a second year but during the season was called up into reserve seeker position and became a permanent part of the team someway into his third year when the Ravenclaw seeker injured himself, putting himself out for the rest of the season.

He was in his fourth year when Harry Potter started at the school. He knew who Harry was, everyone did. He wasn't as excited to see him as some other people though. Although Llew though he was pretty cool, he had to admit he was jealous that Harry Potter made the Gryffindor team in his first year. Watching him play Slytherin and Hufflepuff, however, it was easy to see how Harry had got on the team (even if Llew wasn't too pleased about it). He was determiend to beat Harry to the snitch in the Ravenclaw vs. Gryffindor match. Llew always tried hard in Quidditch but he tried especially hard that day and it paid off; he caught the snitch and Ravenclaw won. They then continued to win the cup that year. Llew couldn't have been happier!

The next few years weren't as good, Quidditch wise, Quidditch was cancelled mid season the next year due to the attacks. That was also the year Demelza started school. Although it was only muggleborns that were getting attacked (including his own housemate, Penelope Clearwater) he was still worried about Demelza. She was only a little first year and there was a lot of bad stuff happening. The time he usually put into Quidditch went into making sure his friend was okay. Thankfully, nothing happened to her, and eventually Penelope and the rest were revived after Harry Potter saved the day again.

After a year without Quidditch, Llew was hoping to win in his 6th year but unfortunately for him and the team, the Gryffindors seemed determined to send off their captain with a win and so the Ravenclaws didn't win again. But that was okay, Llew was sure they'd win the next year, especially since it was his last year.

Of course, the next year Quidditch was cancelled thanks to the triwizard tournament. After grumbling for a while, Llew decided it might be fun to enter the thing that was taking away Quidditch. His name was never picked, something he is now grateful for, after what happened to Cedric. That year was also the year of the ball. Although not something Llew would usually go to, he was asked by a pretty beauxbaxtons girl and so went. He ended up having a fun time and so still loosly keeps in contact with her.

After finishing school, Llew was pretty sure he wanted to go into Quidditch but his mum advised him to try some other things first, just in case he found something else he was passionate about. He didn't and so tried out for a number of Quidditch teams, including the team he had always supported, the Catapults. A few of the teams offered him a second try out, including the Catapults. His loyalty for his team resulted in him declining the other call backs and only going for the Catapults. Thankfully, he got in as a reserve seeker. He was about to be offered the actual seeker position when Quidditch was halted due to the war.

The was was a tragic time for lots of people, including the Wynne's. Elen lost her life while fighting which was a huge blow for their family, especially Rhys. Not sure how to deal with his mother's death, once the war was over Llew threw all his energy into Quidditch, not only to distract himself but to try and make his dad proud.

It didn't seem to work though, his dad seemed to becoming more and more upset and then in August 1999, he killed himself, leaving a note to say that he wasn't coping with Elen's death. This affected Llew and Jennifer terribly, as it did Nina and Demelza Robins. It was about this time that Llew and Demelza started going out. It probably wasn't the best time for starting new relationships, considering how soon after Rhys' death it was and so the relationship only lasted a few months. They parted on good terms and remained friends.

Soon after that, Demelza went to Switzerland and Llew returned to putting all his energy into Quidditch. Instead of the deaths bringing Llew and Jen closer together, it pushed them further apart, Jen reminded him too much of his mum, which reminded him of his dad and Llew's interest in Quidditch had always been because of their dad so Jen couldn't stand to listen to him always talking about Quidditch. They're still in contact and they visit each other on birthdays, holidays and their parents death anniversary's but otherwise don't see each other very often.

Eventually, Demelza returned from Switzerland and joined the Catapults, which made Llew happy. Demelza was a really good friend of his and although he had other friends from the team, it was really good to have her back and to be playing Quididitch with her.

Personality: Llew's always been protective of those who he cares about but since the death of both his parents he has become even more so. Some may find it annoying but it means that he cares about you so it's no necessarily a bad thing. He'd do almost anything to protect those close to him.

Llew enjoys teasing his friends and having fun but some times during the year (birthdays, holidays, death anniversary's etc) he is slightly less fun to be around. Most people enjoy birthdays, Llew almost dreads his. He tries to make up for these sad times by being happier the rest of the time.

As mentioned before, Quidditch is important to Llew and he often concentrates on Quidditch in order to forget about his other problemes. He's not very good at dealing with issues and so instead plays Quidditch. Because of this he is competitive and often very hard on himself if his team looses, especially since he's the seeker.

Generally, Llew's a friendly person who enjoys being social and going out with friends but who is also a hard worker, job wise.

Occupation: Seeker for the Catapults
Samples
First Personal Sample: Why can't it be Quidditch season already? I'm bored. and it's easier not to think about things when I'm playing. Like how I went to visit Jen last month, for dad's anniversary. She looked so much like mum. Has she always looked that much like her? It was hard being in the same room with her. She seemed reasonably happy though. Her husband's nicer than I remember. I have stop thinking about all this. We have a bye first week too, which sucks. It gives us time to check out the competition I guess but I'd rather be playing. I'm starting to think we should train more often. I need less free time.

What game is this for? There seem to be a lot of Quidditch/celebrity games lately.
